Job Responsibility Coal Transshipment Operation Officer: Job Description Responsible for monitoring Floating Crane operations and managing cargo loading process, including transshipment administration Responsible for monitoring barging operations, including barging administration Check and ensure the accuracy of transaction data, such as waiting time, total tonnage, et cetera. Coordinate with the Operation Team and parties involved (shipper, tugboat crew, et cetera.) for smooth loading and to ensure and anticipate operational constraints related to the transshipment process Keep records of loading activities to analyze operational performance improvements Make daily operation report for all fleet activities Assist agent with port authority (handle legal documents and process) Update daily operational/vessel schedule Monitor the need for procurement of goods and services Floating Crane and Barging Operation (including ROB bunker, fresh water, & other needs) Requirements Minimum Education ANT III (showed by marine certification) or S1 Ketatalaksanaan Angkutan Laut dan Kepelabuhanan Experienced as a Captain/Master is preferable Experienced in Coal Transshipment is a must Have a good knowledge of coal transshipment and barging operation and transshipment and barging permits and license Having competence in cargo handling Having good knowledge of Major Conventions (SOLAS, ICLL, COLREG, TONNAGE, MARPOL, MLC 2006, STCW, AFS, BWM) Excellent leadership and decision-making skills Great communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical skills Good time management abilities 7 years working experience in a similar role or capacity Point of Hire: Balikpapan Job Requirement Coal Transshipment Operation Officer: Pastikan lowongan yang Anda cari sesuai dengan judul lowongan kerja tersebut.
