Persyaratan
- Diploma / Graduate from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: min. 7 Years of experience in Projects / Operations / Contacts / Design of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, LV & other Systems.
- Good Communication skill
- Software Skills: Autocad/ Microsoft office, MS projects
Tanggung Jawab
- Managing Day to Day project requirements.
- Participating in weekly meetings & regular project team interactions.
- Be a point of Contact for the project team for execution & all the site related activities.
- Motivate the team to complete the projects in an effective and timely manner.
- Preparing required documents for Project delivery.
- Co-ordinate with different project team members from other consultants or contactors for delivering project in timely & quality manner
- To understand the requirements of the projects & details of the projects
- Report to the higher management on regular basis on project status & updates.
- Keep Project on track with timely observations & Documentations.
- Give Time to time consultations, on execution of Project activities, Technical aspects
- Assigns responsibilities to supporting Engineers & gets the project executed with help of them.
- Checking Documents Prepared by Support Engineers Prior to Submission to Client or any authority.
- Having a close check on Supporting Engineers work towards service delivery.
- Keeping a close track on project milestones, Billing cycles & Outstanding amounts
- Complete the project within time lines & meet the Client requirements.
- Keeping a close interaction with project team for new upcoming projects & opportunities for business.
- Grooms Supporting Engineers for the service offered for the project.
- Help in developing & documenting case studies for the project.
- Keep track of Project milestones & necessary billing - Collections.
- Keep Track of Projects TDS certificates & collect them by end of each quarter.
- Keep track of Project expenses (Travel, Lodging Boarding, Food & Other project related expenses)
- Develop Healthy professional relationships with other project team members such as Architects, PMC's MEP Designers, Cost Consultants, Contractors.
- Generate leads for new upcoming projects from the contacts & links developed during the project execution works.
- Pass on the leads to Business Heads by providing information on contact person, mail id. Project details, type of service that can be offered.
- Accompany business head for handling the inquiry & work under his guidance for converting the same into a Work order.
- Develop a network of people & maintain professional relationships with other team members even after project works are completed which will help in generating new project leads.
