Our dedicated Community Associate will assist clients in optimising their use of our adaptable workspaces to elevate their business goals and facilitate the creation of invaluable social and professional connections.

As a Co-working **Community Associate**, you play a pivotal role in working with the Community Manager to nurture our customers, ensuring seamless daily operations and the impeccable presentation of our premium Coworking centre. Your responsibility is to help our customers optimise our coworking space to achieve their business objectives and cultivate vital social and professional connections.

Your unwavering "nothing is too much trouble" attitude, coupled with a constant desire for learning and an authentic commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality, will define your contribution to our centre.
- Provide assistance and support to our Community Manager.
- Take charge of the opening and closing procedures for the centre.
- Ensure day-to-day operations consistently meet high standards.
- Facilitate meeting room bookings, including managing food and beverage arrangements.
- Assist with handling member check-ins and check-outs.
- Address and resolve member incidents and issues, escalating to the Community Manager when required.
- Cultivate strong, friendly business relationships with customers.
- Embrace versatility as a team player, readily adapting to various roles and responsibilities.
- Play a pivotal role in assisting with hosting and preparing for community and member events.
- Exhibit a sense of ownership for your centre, ensuring it consistently radiates the professional and inspiring work environment our customers expect.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a high-standard hospitality environment.
- You'll bring a positive, inspiring attitude to everything you do for your customers and team.
- You'll have an eye for detail, and take the initiative to rectify problems or escalate to the relevant person.
- Must be a team player.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written community skills.
