- Facilitate the delivery of innovative programs and events for Gravel Partner (Dulur) using a community development approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members
- Site Visit to maintain Dulur's Performance

**Qualifications**
- Diploma 3 or Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in community engagement, social media management, or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills in relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
