About The Role They say no man is an island - a notion that holds particularly true for this role. As an Associate in the Community Experience team, in charge of Operations and Projects, you'll be an instrumental cog in ensuring that the team has everything they need to work seamlessly, ultimately impacting global employee engagement. Collaborating with other teams like People Business Partners, Finance, and Procurement, your main objective will be to ensure the team works within budget and that all of the team's data is in order.

\n What You Will DoImprove employee satisfaction and engagement by disseminating surveys and using OKR monitoring to help the team succeedAssist in keeping internal communication efforts, like town halls and newsletters, aligned with our People Experience goalsBe the main contact for finance and budget matters, working closely with procurement, legal, and finance teamsKeep the team's data, documents, and information organized for easy access and smooth workflowsEnsure the team has everything they need to work efficientlyBuild and maintain good relationships with vendors, acting as the link between our team and external partnersWork with both internal and external parties to make sure our team's events, activities, and initiatives run smoothlyAssist with simple design requirements such as activity marketing materials What You Will NeedAt least 2 years of work experienceExperience in Employee Engagement/Experience, focusing on events, activities, and programsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar softwareFamiliarity with HR data and systemsHigh energy to manage multiple activities and events simultaneouslyAbility to collaborate well with other teams, take responsibility, and work outside regular hours occasionallyGood communication skills in Indonesian and EnglishA fun personality – believe in your dreams, enjoy life, and value a good night's sleep
\nAbout the Team The Community Experience team in GoTo is part of a larger Talent Engagement team that looks after Employee Experience, Internal Communication and Employee Engagement. We are mainly responsible for ensuring that GoTo Employees are well taken care of and engaged. You will find us handling matters related to wellness, engagement events, corporate discounts and SWAG.  We, the Community Experience team (CX for short) is a team that embraces diversity and inclusion.
