**Jobdesc**:
- Build and maintain relationships with local orphanages and communities.
- Develop and implement programs to teach skills to children in orphanages.
- Coordinate with educational professionals and volunteers to ensure effective teaching methods.
- Work towards integrating foundation learning platform into the educational programs.
- Establish and develop partnerships with other NGOs, local businesses, and educational institutions for Staditek
- Find, evaluate, and join both offline and online events by outside parties with the purpose of networking and expand the community database.
- Strategizing and executing engagement activities with the community of Staditek to further develop the relationships within the communities and create additional revenues.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.
- Plan and organizing event from start to finish according to requirements target audience and objectives.
- Coordinated all operations of the event and Analyze the event's success and prepare reports
- Actively seek and secure sponsorships to fund educational initiatives and community programs.
**Requirement**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any Major
- Demonstrated passion for serving underprivileged communities or a life dedicated to community service.
- Genuine commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
- Previous experience in community outreach, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Have interest in social work and education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to connect with diverse groups and individuals.
- Comfortable working in diverse environments and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Open-minded and flexible in approach.
- Experience in leading community-based programs or projects.
- Basic understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the education sector
- Owns a personal vehicle for travel to various locations.
- Have experience as community officer or anything related
- Available Work on weekends
