Complete end to end BNPL, cash loan, and seller loan operations with 0 mistake
Able to deliver the promotion tracker on timely manner during campaign period
Contribute in the UAT period and able to meet the YAT deadline
KPI Impacted / ROI / Value advantage by adding this outsource
This outsource will help the FTE in navigating promotion performance during campaign period, which will help the team make decision faster thus campaign performance will be better
By helping UAT especially for Seller Loan and Cash Loan, this outsource will help for any feature upgrade/innovation roll out in time, which eventually will affect the monthly revenue generated by the products
Requirement
Intermediate excel skills
Fluent in English language
Great communication skills
Initiatives towards day to day operation job
Able to wok in fast environment
Had the experience in the ops campaign is a plus
