**Responsibilities**:
- You will be an experienced in HR in Compensation & Benefits, who is highly capable and responsible for **overseeing, managing and administering employees' rewards, perks and benefits**. Your role will be extremely important as you will be developing programs that to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction for employees.
- We're looking for someone with a positive mindset, a drive to continuously improve both the business and themselves, and of the other more common responsibilities of compensation and benefits personnel includes consulting with internal business partners such as department heads and team leads to review performance and compliance requirements.
- You are also responsible for training and guiding HR personnel from time to time in matters of processes and its best practices. Including understand the constantly changing employment laws as well as the evolving needs of the organization's workforce.
- Your main responsibilities will be to understand the areas of the business that you support and to build high quality partnering relationships with your HR team.
- You'll also be a key contributor to the wider HR team, working to develop people strategies that ensure that we attract, engage, enable and retain the employees and support the business to achieve its' objective to win in the market.
**Key Requirements**:
- 5-8 years in similar role, with prior experience in an Industrial Explosives, Mining, Heavy Equipment Industry
- At least 5 years at a managerial level with proven experience leading, growing and developing the business
- Excellent in communication skills and a strong business acumen
- Has a strong customer and supplier management skills
- Strong Financial modelling and strategic planning skills
- Excellent in English is a must
