Content Creator For Platform Knowledge Base/Help

Responsibilities:

- Create comprehensive and user-friendly articles and videos for our platform's knowledge base/help center.
- Develop content that covers various topics, including getting started guides, troubleshooting tips, and advanced usage techniques.
- Utilize the ChatGPT 4 account (company provided) to quickly generate high-quality content.
- Collaborate closely with the product and customer support teams to understand customer needs and address common pain points.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer feedback to continuously improve and expand our knowledge base.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation, preferably for software platforms or technology products.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and an interest in AI chatbots is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with customer support or technical documentation is a plus.
