Continuous Improvement Expert

In order to support the **Continuous Improvement department** at our plant in Kavadarci, we are looking for Continuous Improvement Expert who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!

**Tasks**:

- Develop and implement continuous improvement (Lean manufacturing) principles to enhance work processes and output which leads to significant cost savings, improved efficiency, improved quality for the organization
- Introduce** **a continuous improvement process (e.g. KVP, DPS, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
- Build a continuous improvement culture and drive change throughout the organization, train all employees in the basics of lean manufacturing and train production teams in lean manufacturing initiatives such as Analyze data and make recommendations based on results
- Compile workshop results and create corresponding reports for supervisors/management
- Cooperate in optimizing standards/processes/production

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably in Industrial or Manufacturing engineering
- 3 years of experience in an automotive environment
- Excellent English, German speaking is an advantage
- Knowledge of Quality Management System IATF 16949 and 8-D complaint management
- Influential leader with proven coaching and mentoring expertise
- Knowledge of the software development and engineering processes, including Project Management
