- ** Project management to ensure all related divisions are able to execute their deliverables on time based on the project timeline.**:

- ** Concepting & maintaining external communications material for in-app & social media channels**:

- ** Ensure all messages are consistent and reflect the company branding and values.**:

- ** Write effective creative communications brief & meeting notes to ensure all related parties are aligned on the project objective, status & updates.**:

- ** Collectively contribute creative ideas with research and target market's conditions.**:

- ** Cultivate strong personal relationships and partnerships throughout the stakeholders.**:

- ** Administration & clerical support related to legal document & purchase request preparation.**

**Requirements**:

- ** 2 - 3 years of work experience**:

- ** Bachelor degree from any majors**:

- ** Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn**:

- ** Have a high sense of ownership and responsibility**:

- ** Result-driven attitude with good critical thinking skills**:

- ** Detail-oriented person**:

- ** Experience with tight deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality**:

- ** High proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
