Corporate Finance Specialist

Maintain good banking relationships with financial institutions such as banker and rating agencies
- Oversee compliance on existing financing, including complying with relevant loan convents and timely payment of loan obligations
- Assisting the completion of financing activities including rolling over loans
- Provide financial projections for financing and rating purpose

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
- Detail oriented, along with strong analytical skill and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
