**JOB DESCRIPTION** Posting Description**
As a Vice President and Head of Equity Franchise Sales you will be responsible to build the business, and also maintain and develop key investor client relationships, including day-to-day execution and distribution of all products.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be need to be able to navigate the products and market the asset class effectively among a broad range of clients (asset managers, insurance accounts, pension funds, banks, sovereign wealth funds, corporations, hedge funds etc.). Idea generation and market insight is key.
- You will bring a collaborative approach working with our business partners in both trading, research and syndicate to provide comprehensive client coverage across the platform.
- You will focus on strategizing and executing plans to grow revenues, market share and improving ranks with key investors.
- You will set the strategy and direction for the Equity product in the country - working together with key stakeholders.
- You will lead the team effectively - demonstrating the ability to grow and retain talent and foster a collaborative environment.
- You will bring a collaborative approach working with our business partners including trading, research, corporate access, banking and syndicate to provide comprehensive client coverage across the platform.
**Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills**:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Equity sales or Equity research - with primary focus on Indonesian Equities.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong fundamental skills in stockbroking and market commentary.
- Solid relationships within client investor base both domestically and overseas - and demonstrating the ability to grow and deepen relationships further.
- Possesses and instills a culture of control, compliance, integrity and ethics within business.
- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and self-manage priorities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
