Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze the performance of the company's business portfolio and identify new opportunities for growth
- Perform the development of business cases to support the decision-making of the new strategic project initiatives
- Conduct Market research that provide company's strategy
- To perform daily activities in strategic project functions to ensure initiatives are planned and fulfill the strategic intention on time by developing an implementation plan with a clear milestone
- Responsible to drive execution or corporate level initiatives through business managers
- Support the running of the company's corporate strategy process development and cadence
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from a top university
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Highly comfortable in an ambiguous environment
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A self-starter and independent learner with a rebel mindset and with initiative to challenge the status quo
- Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
