Increase company revenue and market share by effectively managing key accounts. This involves identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating favorable contracts, and developing strategies to increase sales from managed accounts;
Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service, responding quickly to customer needs, and ensuring fulfillment of contractual commitments;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within key accounts, such as senior management, buyers, and key decision-makers;
Formulate and implement business strategies aimed at achieving sales and growth objectives with key accounts. Includes identifying opportunities, setting goals, and directing sales efforts to achieve desired results;
Identify and manage risks associated with business relationships with key accounts, including the risk of losing customers, operational risks, or other risks;
Use insights from interactions with key accounts to assist in the development of products or services that better suit customer needs.

Track and evaluate key account performance on a regular basis, including achievement of sales targets, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction;
Involves analyzing data, creating performance reports, and taking corrective action where necessary;
Identify new innovation and growth opportunities by monitoring market trends, interacting with customers, and collaborating with internal teams;
Conduct regular reporting to superiors on B2B key account performance, sales opportunities, and challenges encountered.
Proven experience in related position min. 2 years;
Analytical, numerically strong, meticulous and organized with a flair/passion for beauty products;
Have strong Leadership and able to manage team;
Target Oriented, Able to meet the department target;
Enthusiastic, creative, well-organized;
Work well under pressure to meet deadline;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills.
