**Operational**:

- Lead validation trials of all new / potential actives from R&D UPL region and R&D UPL global
- Assign stipulated trials to the team members as per the regional agenda & ensure all the trials complete well in time.
- Facilitate Complaint Handling: Direct the management of technical complaint handling by implementing a complaint handling policy / procedure and guide the company on resolving the complaints in the first instance.

**Strategic**:

- Mid to long term portfolio development by analyzing potential pipeline and other potential opportunity.
- Prepare technical training materials and conduct trainings for UPL cross functional team.
- Coordinate with local university / institute for knowledge exchange program.
