**Job Descriptions**:

- To note, create and archive all CR/TR document data according to category in a complete, safe and easy to find.
- Make routine administrative reports and correspondence (mailing/memo) for various CR/TR and tenant needs.
- Distribute Work Request Forms to related departments to ensure that complaints are immediately followed up by service level agreements that have been set.
- Perform data entry in the database if there is a change in owner or tenant after updating in the field by the CR/TR Staff.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Good communication & administrative skill.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
