**THE BREEZE**
- Responsible for receiving and handling complaints from tenants and external parties/visitors, both at handover counters/units and in daily operations.
- Able to provide explanations and education related to management/building policies towards tenants and visitors.
- Carry out customer and tenant survey processes for improvements in handling complaints.
- Preparation of periodic reports, both for Customer Relation/ Tenant Relation operational activities and plans for the next period.
**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Mall Customer Relation/ Tenant Relation.
- Creatively using social media and design is a plus.
- Expertise in handling complaints, maintaining relationships with tenants, and persuasive communications.
- Able to work in a team.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
