Credit Controller Manager

**About the Company**:
Our client a large logistics company are looking for experienced Credit Controller Manager to help them establish their P2P Financing business.

This position is responsible for overseeing the lending process, from evaluating customers' creditworthiness to approving or rejecting credit requests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate potential B2B customers' creditworthiness by developing a credit assessment framework and credit assessment strategies.
- Associate the corporate credit policy and maintain a data log of the credit history of all customer's records.
- Create a credit scoring model to model risk-reward profiles for new customers.
- Ultimately, approve or reject credit sales requests, and monitor credit level and health check along with Treasury Head.
- Oversee collections operations for overdue accounts, with the Collection team.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelors' Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate credit, supply chain financing, or trade finance.
- Familiarity with available Governmental data and regulations pertaining to credit assessment is a MUST.
- Strong numerical and negotiation skills, with data analytical skills are required.
- Prior job experience in setting up financing business workflow from a scratch is a plus
