Credit Policy Development Head

Performing an effective competitor analysis function by studying all related aspects in order to increase the company's competitive advantage in the market

Measuring and achieving optimal levels of productivity and quality of work from the work team in related department

Establish an effective review, evaluation and monitoring scheme in support of its work

Conduct employee-related approval processes (Attendance, Performance Evaluation, promotions, sanctions, rotations, etc.)

**Qualification**:
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (has knowlegde of Credit System)

Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

Experience with Decision Support System (DSS) or rules engine

Good communication and analytical skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Detail orientated.
