**Job Descriptions**:- Handle CRM related for all F&B- Ensure that the delivered products meet the satisfaction of both online and offline users and customers.- Develop a loyalty system for F&B business (including tiers)- Regulate loyalty member's data- Analyze the brand's selling statistics- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields- Minimum 1 year experience in CRM industry- Have experience on regulating loyalty program for customer- Strong communication and analytical skills- Preferably from the F&B Industry- Willing to be placed in BSD City
