Develop and implement personalized and automation-based campaigns to target specific segments of customers- Conduct data analysis and segmentation techniques to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and to develop targeted marketing and sales campaigns- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers, which can significantly increase revenue- Implement strategies to retain customers- Use data and customer insights to forecast revenue and make informed decisions to drive growth- Use metrics such as customer lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, and customer retention rate to measure the ROI of the CRM initiatives and adjust them accordingly- A Bachelors degree in a related field such as marketing, business, or equivalent- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, experience as Marketing and Sales is preferable- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills- Familiar with CRM software- Strong project management skills- Willing to be based in Bandung (Hybrid) and have frequent travel"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
