- Monitoring the implementation of the BCCT method and Cambridge curriculum in our preschool division, ensuring alignment with standard.
- Monitoring the implementation of inclusive curriculum for our special education program.
- Monitoring the program running in preschool and special education divisions.
- Conducting regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of the implemented curricula and suggesting improvements reporting it to the Head of Curricula and Program Development.
- Staying updated with current educational research, best practices, and advancements in the field of preschool education and special needs education.
- Educational Background: a minimum of a bachelor's degree in education.
- Gender: Male or Female
- Age range: 24 - 40
- Expertise in Preschool Curriculum Development:
- Proven experience in managing and controlling curriculum for preschool education, preferably with a focus on the BCCT and Cambridge curriculum.
- Sound knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with the developmental milestones and learningobjectives specific to preschool-aged children.
- Special Education Proficiency:
- Demonstrated expertise in developing curricula for special needs students, considering their unique requirements and individualized education plans.
- In-depth knowledge of curriculum adaptations and instructional strategies for students with diverse learning needs.
- Experience in designing inclusive learning environments and differentiating instruction to support students with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
