Curves is coming to Indonesia and we are looking for experienced coaches to build a strong team at the flagship club in Bandung.Do you love sports?Are you a natural leader?Do you have experience leading teams to success?**DESCRIPTION**:- Circuit Coaching excellence - Delivering the Unique Value Proposition of Curves to each member. Having a Passion for Service.- Service excellence - Delivery of customer service activities, e.g. phone calls and monthly consultations.- Sales excellence - Conducting complete Fitness Assessments and maintaining a percentage Sales Average determined by the company leadership. Obtain Referrals and understanding Club Growth and Club Attrition.- Take part in Daily Marketing Activities - Team effort in promoting the club in thecommunity and achieving targets set.- Must have excellent knowledge on all Curves scripts and training materials.- Learn global best practice on coaching and sales.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Female, maximum 26 years old, must love exercise- Friendly, energetic, and positive personality with good communication skills- Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor (S1) from any major. Diploma related to Sports Science or Physical Education is an added advantage.- Passive English listening and speaking is preferred- Good people and interpersonal skills.- Customer service oriented.
