Customer Data Analytic

Supporting and ensuring BFI Finance's vision "To become a trusted financial partner that contributes to the community's standard of living" through excellent service activities by all lines of employees through service standard training and monitoring the implementation of branch service standards, as well as being involved in branches service process improvement projects and improving the overall service quality of BFI Finance to create satisfaction and a pleasant customer experience.

Controlling the implementation of BFI's research program

Analyze survey results related to business processes and provide recommendations for improvements to the carried out survey process and ongoing business processes

Support the need for data and reports on the results of customer satisfaction surveys and service assessments

Carry out administration in the Service Excellence unit that related to data & systems

Monitor and develop BFI's communication media with consumers

Create and analyze consumer behavior & culture

Designing and developing reports/generate data in the form of a dashboard
At least a Bachelors's degree in any majors. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Have a year of working experience in a research field

A skilled person in data processing such as data analysis and visual data

Mastering and skilled Microsoft Excel and SQL

Having a good communication and teamwork skills
