**Customer Experience Executive**

Location: Jakarta | Indonesia**Naluri is changing the way healthcare is delivered**.

**What you'll be doing**:
Lead and organise events around the Indonesia region.

Be a friendly first point of contact to handle and resolve members' queries.

Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customise prepared responses to members' situations.

Working on-site for the events or the comfiness of your own home/office.**We want you to have**:
Fluent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

A passion for change and a strong drive for outcomes

Are open to new ideas and creativity

Are willing to learn and grow in a fast-changing environment

Living within the Jakarta region
