- Understand fundamentals of Operations & Maintenances for equipment: tank, vaporizer, pipe line, instrumentations, safety protection, Low Voltage equipment
- Willing to travel around customers or project places

**Job Qualifications**:
- Sound knowledge in MS- Projects and Mechanical design tools / programs.
- Knowledgeable about Capital/expense project submission, justification, approval, creation, and audit processes
- Ability to effectively react to critical and/or time sensitive issues such is customer complain, compliance of regulatory.
- Knowledge on industrial gases HSE and process safety system.
- Experience with the Budget plannings, Project execution, SAP Materials Management Module, EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), MS-Project, Auto-Cads, Excel, Word, PPTs, PDF.
- Fluent English, good communication skills, capable lead members, and Coordination with customers.
**Job Responsibility**:
- To lead and manage a team of engineers who design, install and commission the CMES facility installation projects to meet company site and customer needs
- To manage the activities of both company projects and Sales contract to meet specified engineering needs in a correct, efficient, safe and cost-effective manner to maximize sales and/or facility charge from the earliest possible date.
- To create, coach and develop capability of the team ensuring members are motivated
- To identify, evaluate and implement initiatives that lead to improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of the department and wider CES organization
- Develop an inclusive culture for SHEQ, own the systems and support the organization that fosters it
- Understand and own operational risks and ensure sensible control measures are established and maintained
- Review all incidents and near misses in area of responsibility immediately after they occur and ensure all necessary action is taken to prevent reoccurrence
- Develop improved SHEQ metrics and hold direct reports accountable for their improvement
