**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone, online chat, support ticket requests as well as comfortable in face to face interaction.
- Assist customer to solve their issues.
- Respond to Customer Complaints.
- Provide clear information to customer's query.
- Maintain a friendly environment, and also can address customer's complaint gracefully.

**Requirements**:

- Willing to work morning shift (8 am
- 4 pm) at the office.
- Posses profound understanding of our product.
- Embodies PACTA (Patience, Attentive, Clear Communication, Time Management, Adaptive).
- Capable to handle unexpected cases and customer complaint.
- Good team player.
- Having experience in the call center field is a plus point.
- Having a basic knowledge related to domain & hosting is a plus point.
