Customer Service Officer

ECCO Tannery Indonesia in Sidoarjo - East Java**, as a part of ECCO Leather Group currently is looking for** a highly qualified and international minded individual to fill in the position as: Customer Service Officer****Responsibilities**:- Complete order information to planning team- Update status order to customer- Follow up payment, arrange daily delivery and provide related document to customer, like invoice, PL etc- Receive and submit claim, complaint and product return/reject- Maintain good customer relationship- Provide reports for sales department, management team and customer**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Management, Economic, Communication or any related major- Minimum 3 years Customer Service experiences- Acknowledge in International Trade would be advantage- Business English proficiency, Business Chinese Language (Mandarin) proficiency would be advantage- Proven experience with Excel data formulation- Work independent, communicative, logically, patient, fast and eager to learn- Contract for 1 year- Onsite work, location at Candi - Sidoarjo
