General Requirements:
- You have successfully obtained a Bachelor/Master degree from a top university / B-school
- 1 to 2 years in a Sales and/ or Customer Success role, proven track record of sales and completed projects that brought great value to the organization
- Previous experience in a start and / or corporate real estate industry is ideal
- Outstanding communication skills and fluency in English
- Hands-on mentality, excellent analytical skills
Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales
- Contacting landlords/ flex operators
- Collecting suitable list of options matching FlySpaces client's requirement
- Preparing a list of options aligned with the FlySpaces format
- Facilitating viewing with the landlords/ flex operators
- Reviewing commercial terms
- Preparing service agreement contract/ lease agreement
- Updating Hubspot with necessary information (contact/ company
- Manage your own portfolio of clients focusing on small size project
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer
- Own and hit/ exceed annual sales targets within the scope of territory and accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentation
- Productively use the technology developed by the platform to enhance sales and provide outstanding experiences to clients and suppliers
- Sorting the Hubspot database to re-engage with existing clients/ lost deals
- Providing relevant information to the marketing department to leverage online marketing lead generation
- Assisting various events from time to time (networking events/ Chamber of Commerce events
- Leveraging referrals from other clients
- Requesting for testimonials from clients to maximize our online exposure (LinkedIn Testimonials/ Google Reviews)
**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
