Customer Success Officer

PT Wasteforchange Alam Indonesia is a company that provides waste management service from upstream to downstream with a vision of reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfills.
1. Bridging communication between existing clients and Waste4Change.

2. Renew contracts and process other administrative requirements for existing clients.

3. Build programs to maintain good relations with existing clients.

4. Provide education regarding waste sorting to clients.

5. Work with Management and Team to Coordinate about Customer Needs.

6. Handling Complaint and resolve complaints with the best service.
Min. Bachelor's Degree in Communication Science, Public Relation, Marketing, or any related field.

Have experience from the same field at least 1 year.

Keen to sustainable industry is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
