**Tasks**
- Dive deep into our client's talent databases to extract valuable insights and trends.
- Utilize your expertise in Looker to craft visually stunning and informative dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Identify key metrics and KPIs to track talent performance and engagement.
- Develop predictive models to anticipate future talent needs and challenges.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with **Looker **(mandatory).
- Proven track record of interpreting complex datasets and translating them into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Recruitment metrics (nice to have).
