Data Entry (Data Analyze)

**Requirements**:
- D3 any Major
- Experience extracting program and research data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills, including creating pivot tables, writing formulas, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written in Bahasa and English
- Excellent data visualization skills.
- 1 Year of working experience as a Data Analyze.
- 3 dozes vaccination
- Experience designing dashboards with Tableau, Zendesk & Power BI, or other software an asset.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly Reports from Zendesk, Queuing System, and Project related to all verticals
- Provide daily reminders for Backlog Tickets, 6H Tickets, etc.
- Manage data Headcount and Capacity Schedule including Virtual & Online.
- Manage Data QMS ,Virtual & online
