Database Administrator

Create and modify database schema, tables, indexes, and relationships.

Monitor and analyze database performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or performance issues.

Optimize query performance and database responsiveness through indexing, query optimization, and caching strategies.

Implement and maintain database security measures, including user authentication and authorization.

Develop and implement database backup and recovery strategies to ensure data availability and disaster recovery.

Performing database upgrades and patches
Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience as Database Administrator

Experience with install, upgrade, patching, migrate, backup, restore, export, import, replication and monitoring database

Understand Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL & MySQL database architecture

Have knowledge with high availability database design

Understand with parameters used in the database

Familiar with database security

Staying up to date for new database technology
