Deputy Head Finance

Persyaratan
- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 5 years working experience as Finance and Accounting Manager in retail industry.
- Knowledgeable in Inventory control with retail fashion background is preferred.
- Prior experience from Big Four public accountant firm and business analyst is preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Experience in SAP (FICO, SD, MM, & WM) and Microsoft Excel (advance level).
- Able to communicate in a clear and fluent manner.
- Strong leadership skills, detail oriented, multi-tasking, creative, independent and able to work under pressure

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise, oversee and manage general accounting functions, including budget control and not limited to coordinating with Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, and Tax in terms of organization entries.
- Assess current practices and procedures for improvement recommendations.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensures compliance with Indonesia Accounting Standard and government requirements.
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
