As a **Design Interior Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of interior design projects, and contributing to the strategic direction of our design initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a reputable university.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the field of architecture, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.
- Present a strong and diverse portfolio that substantiates artistic skills and highlights past accomplishments in architectural design.
- Exhibit expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Showcase strong conceptual design thinking and proficiency in space planning to bring innovative and practical solutions to projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take charge of overseeing design projects from concept development through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Adjust designs and plans to align with management needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and meet evolving project requirements.
- Manage, supervise, and coach the Architect team members, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities in designing advanced works. Ensure timely production of accurate architect design drawings and shop drawings.
- Leverage expertise in tools such as AutoCAD, 2D+3D, 3DS Max+Vray, Sketchup, and Adobe Series to enhance the overall design process.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and the ability to lead and motivate team members.
