**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Analyzing market and customer feedback with the Marketing and Brand Management teams.
- **Product Conceptualization**: Collaborating with the Design team to innovate product concepts.
- **Trend Analysis**: Tracking fashion trends with the Brand Management team.
- **Prototype Development**: Overseeing product prototype development with the Production team.
- **Technical Specifications**: Providing detailed technical drawings to the Production team.
- **Production Coordination**: Coordinating with Production and Manufacturing teams for precise design execution.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year as a Creative Designer/Fashion Designer, preferably in Bags and Wallets.
- **Education**: Bachelor's in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **Design Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- **Creativity**: Ability to create appealing, commercially viable designs.
- **Teamwork**: Proficient in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- **Portfolio**: A creative portfolio showcasing strong design skills and project management.
- **Location**: Bekasi, West Java.

Recruitment Process:
**Video Call**: Initial stage, around 30 minutes.

**In-Person Interview and Software Test**: A 90-minute process to assess your skills and knowledge more comprehensively.

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
