We are looking for a Design Engineer who will be based in Plant Sukorejo (Pasuruan).
Your 'day to day'
- Provide technical printing support & executing assigned NPD project and commercialization for domestic and export market in SPP Sukorejo and to lead the timely, independent, accurate and cost effective execution of creation and modification of creative packaging designs and other NTM cigarette materials as defined by PD, Marketing, Legal and Manufacturing business units as well as his/her own creation.
Provide guidance for packing configuration from pack level up to FG stacking and handling for HM Sampoerna, PM Affiliates (south cluster), and others.
- Support HOD to provide Printing Solution module & provide ideas in technical Support to production Support HOD dealing with QA issues Organize meeting & coordination for printing project briefing Managing new & current job using PLM & establish tooling Specs Working closely with ink maker in Colour Drawdown Organize barrel proofing and Print trial for NPD BOM and SVC assumption, ensure Project closure and Project reporting.
Who we're looking for
- Minimum Vocational School, Printing academy or higher
- 2 to 3 years in Pre-Press and or product-design function and or packaging manufacturing
Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and Art Pro.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, printing and converting technology
- Concern for Order/Quality, Policy and Procedure
- Prepress level 3, Design / Graphic level 3
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Fluent in English; sound know how of MS office tools and systems
- Passionate to work in field and also to be placed in Pasuruan
