Digital Manager

The purpose of this role is to create Digital Marketing Strategy, managing key digital marketing channels or activities, monitor digital performance, ensure digital KPI achievements, and report to line manager accordingly.

**Job Description**:
Key responsibilities:

- Make recommendation and planning towards key digital channels, including Social Media, Programmatic, Search, e-Commerce and Publishers campaign
- Working closely with Digital Operations team to manage and monitor campaigns
- Ensure delivery align with KPI as per agreed media metric focus
- Shares data-driven insights with immediate and wider teams, tracking customer journeys through our digital estate and optimising for conversion
- Organises, builds and engages with powerful custom audiences that aligns with target audience segments strategy
- Have strong understanding across multiple ad managing platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, DV360, CM360, Google Analytics, and programmatic DSPs
- Frequently reporting to line manager and frequently aligning across teams (insights team, CXM teams, etc)
- Have strong digital media senses to present broader strategy to client (Bahasa and English)
