**Criteria**:

- SMA with minimum 1 year experience
- D3/D4 Marketing/Business/Communication or a related field
- Strong analyticial skills to measure, analyze, and optimize digital marketing performance using tools like Google Anlytics or other analytics platforms
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and management platforms, and experience with data driven decision making
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to allign digital markting efforts with broader business goals
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative and engaging digital marketing campaigns
- Willingness to stay up-to-date with the lastetst digital marketing trends and technologies
- Relevant certifications, such ad Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus
- Willing to be placed in Cibubur, Bogor
