Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic – Digital Marketing Coordinator with a strong background and experience in Hotel digital marketing, and Promotion to join our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Cluster Hyatt Indonesia Digital Team.
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Director and below are some of the key responsibilities:
Support the execution of digital activities as assigned based on key initiatives and strategies. Verify that all activities are in alignment to provide the support needed to run a successful digital campaign. Collaborate closely with cross-functional team across Hyatt hotels in Indonesia to integrate efforts. Assisting with planning and execution of campaign launches Generate and analyze reports to track digital campaign performance and hotels' key metrics On-Page Optimization: Making sure that web pages have the right metadata. Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Adobe and Semrush, Botify, Google Business *Profile, to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement. Preparing and as needed, presenting reports to property (track, report, and analyze website analytics, initiatives and campaigns) Qualifications A minimum of 1 years of experience Relationship marketing, e-merchandising Digital Marketing and performance Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism management, Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing Strong understanding of digital marketing Ability to work independently and in a team environment High propensity and interest in using digital tools including CRM, CMS, Google tools, etc. Good interpersonal, organizational and time management abilities, along with creativity and attention to detail in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
