The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive direct bookings.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Director and below are some of the key responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online engagement under the guidance of Digital Marketing Director Campaign management: Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including setting KPIs, allocating budgets and timelines, and measuring performance Data analysis: Analyze data and use digital tools to improve marketing tactics Market research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as revenue, sales, and marketing team to ensure effective digital marketing campaign. Interact with Hyatt corporate marketing and digital team to ensure the correct use of all available resources to drive brand awareness Research and analyze competitor advertising links (editorial sites etc.) and oversees content relevance. Identify and close content gaps between Hyatt.com website and competitor content Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism management, Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing Strong understanding of digital marketing Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with SEO and SEM strategies and tools and proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools. Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret marketing campaign performance Good interpersonal, organizational and time management abilities, along with creativity and attention to detail in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
