Support digital outreach efforts, including social media management, website content management, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to enhance client visibility and engagement.
Assist in managing IT digital solution projects by facilitating effective communication, coordination, and collaboration among internal departments, vendors, and clients to ensure service excellence.
Respond to client inquiries and service requests, manage administrative logistics and related documentation, monitor work progress, and conduct testing and quality checks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts throughout the project management cycle.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.
Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (HSK Level 5)
Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, account servicing, or project coordination, preferably in digital advertising development or IT-related fields.
Experience with SEO and SEM tools and strategies; familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing software and platforms.
Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and resourceful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and keenly interested in digital technology, and up-to-date with the latest digital media practices and trends.
