Develop, generate and grow digital business and awareness
- Create innovative online marketing plans or campaigns within social media platforms
- Create & maintain digital assets
- Work together with various departments to create new strategy to leverage Company Awareness, through Digital Content & Ads
- Understands & operates Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/Marketplace Ads to targeted audience, creating a significant return on investment (ROI)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date healthcare news & digital trends
- Manage responses, engagement and catch new queries that comes from digital assets
- Manage the customer database for digital marketing uses
- Work together with 3rd parties or consultant or agencies to develop the digital assets that give impact on revenue
- Need to be proactive self-starting individual with strong attention to detail and able to work autonomously without constant direct supervision

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Having 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, and content creation.
- Proactive and self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently without constant direct supervision
- Good team player, proactive, able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Possess good communication skills and technical proficiency in both writing and verbal communication.
- Able to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp6.000.000 per bulan
