Digital marketing managers are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and gathering business-to-business leads. Commonly work with marketing team, account managers, sales team, product managers, etc., to develop campaigns that help their company reach new customers or retain existing ones.

Digital marketing managers must be able to think creatively when it comes to generating ideas for new campaigns. They also need strong interpersonal skills in order to coordinate effectively with other departments within their organization.

Responsiblities:

- Reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns in order to make adjustments to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinating with other members of the marketing department to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Monitoring industry trends in order to identify new opportunities for business growth
- gaining leads and opportunities for sales team

Skills and requirements:

- able to work with small team, but ready to handle bigger team
- agile and fast
- having experience in creative and marketing industry
- have a good knowledge around online business
- strong communication skill
- data driven and creative
- familiar to facebook ads, SEO, and CRM tools

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
