Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Ads)

The Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Ads) is responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms like search engines, social media, and display networks.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance

Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights, reports, and recommendations for optimization

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising technologies to maximize campaign effectiveness

Plan, execute, and measure conversion experiments and tests

Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

**Requirements**:

- **Min. 1 year of working experience in digital marketing**:

- Passion in data-driven marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate audience
- Strong knowledge of marketing & analytics tools
- Effective communicator (oral and written), strong analytical skill, and able to work with team
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Willingness to learn & adaptability is a big plus
- High level proficiency in Excel, SQL and data analytics is a plus
- Familiar with KOL strategies is a plus
