**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the digital marketing team
- Helping our clients achieve their marketing goals
- Making sure the quality of the marketing is top notch (content, influencers, community mods, etc)
- Making sure the conversion tracking and reporting works well

**Requirements**:

- Experience with SEO, SEA, Content marketing, B2B marketing strategies
- Strong attention to details
- Passionate about Web3 and the tech startup world
- Located or willing to move to Surabaya
- Team Management experience
