As Digital Sales manager – mainstream, within the NSW Digital team, you will drive all aspects of Go To Market of Digital brand initiative in Indonesia and be accountable to the revenue growth. We feature a collaborative environment with creative, smart people and ground-breaking technologies.
You will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation and measurement of marketing programs from awareness, acquisition, to retention. Working with media partner to drive subscribers growth and leveraging partners ecosystem to deepen and broaden the consumer understanding and engagement. You possess strong analytical skills to understand trends in consumer products/services and customer behaviour. You will drive sale programs execution, drive growth, increase operational efficiency and leverage cross company functional areas.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years professional experience in sales and marketing or related discipline
- Project management skills & experience required
- Proven ability to manage to deadlines
- Ability to identify potential challenges / roadblocks in advance and offer potential solutions, a pro-active approach

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- - Develop target product profile, product positioning, early stage market planning, customer segmentation and strategic market development activities
- Continuously monitors competitor marketing activities, trends and progress in marketing. Adapts and implements promising new techniques, including insight generation, positioning, market segmentation, communication channels and tools, etc.
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Analysing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends. Conduct reviews for all market access and stakeholder-teams post-launch to uncover best practices and process improvements for subsequent launches
Education & Experience
Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3-5 years and a Master’s degree.
