**Job Role**:
**Directional Driller (DD) Specialist**
**_Experienced Profile._**
SLB is currently looking for experienced Directional Driller (DD) Specialist in Indonesia.
This role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to Customers.
**Roles and Responsibility**:
- Responsible for the directional drilling job and service delivery execution in the field.
- Acts as the client focal point for directional drilling service at the rig site.
- Follow and complies with SLB and Client's SQ, HSE policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates knowledge of all DD techniques and all surveying methods used in the location.
- Effectively manage inventory and supplies required at the well site.
- Good personnel skills, excellent in communication, highly self-motivated, competent computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Learns quickly and adapts to any new technology and challenges.
- Must be a team player, able to get along with individuals from other groups in the organization, and a good communicator.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Have bachelor's / diploma degree in Engineering.
- **Must have minimum five (5) years DD Experience**:
- **Has experience running Motor, RSS, Vortex in any land rig operations.**:
- **Has experience of working in Offshore Rigs, Geothermal field is desirable.**:
- **Availability to work in and rotate to **all locations**.
- Able to communicate effectively in English
