**The Role**
In this role you will act as business leader with strong commercial sense, work through integrated human capital areas from organization development, talent management, performance management, and strategic rewards. Responsibilities include:
- You will be responsible for marketplace assessment on commercial opportunities and to create a strategic and exciting work vision to build a strong human capital consulting business in country and/or a regional portfolio.
- Work closely with Regional Director & Line of Business Leaders from other practices to develop annual business plan.
- Lead and manage teams of consultants in achieving performance targets for revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead and coordinate the marketing and sales effort for the Human Capital practice in coordination with other practices initiatives.
- Generate and develop profitable new business.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction on critical issues related to client business issues.
- Attract and develop top performing associates with high quality client services.
**The Requirements**
- 10+ years' experience as Human Capital Leader, experience in consulting is a plus
- Proven experience in winning new business at senior management levels in client organizations
- Proven experience in developing annual business plans and financial budgets resulting in profitable revenue growth
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally and establish an extensive network of clients
- Ability to establish credibility with senior clients and in discussing complex client business issues and its potential solutions
- Inspirational leader with competencies in building a client focused, employer of choice culture
- Proven experience in attracting, leading, and developing team of high performing senior consulting professionals
- Self-driven and achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, and integrity in all that is done
